1. Services Provided

Owsley Swimming Pool Tile Cleaning offers professional pool tile cleaning and maintenance services to residential and commercial clients throughout Turlock, California, and the greater Central Valley region.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Calcium and scale removal

• Pressure washing of pool tiles

2. Service Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or through our website. While we strive to arrive on time, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring pool access on the scheduled date

• Providing clear access to water and electricity if needed

• Informing us of any known damage, cracks, or pre-existing conditions in the pool structure

We are not responsible for damage resulting from previously compromised surfaces or structures.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is determined based on the size of the pool, extent of buildup, and any additional requested services. A written estimate will be provided before the service is performed.

Payments:

• Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.
